Our Menu
The Wild Orchid Café features culinary delights designed and executed by Chef Jim Wilder and team. The cuisine is American - based on classical Gourmet techniques but inspired by the regional farms of the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding Southern and Eastern Shore. Chef Wilder is well known for creative and visually appealing plate presentations using original garnish and culinary construction.
Seasonal menu changes keep the selections interesting and allow for the freshest ingredients. The menu is accented daily with a Chef's suggestion of specials for the enjoyment of our guests. The price fix menu has become the most popular offering and features a five course dining experience including a savory complimentary appetizer, a choice of soup, the house salad, an entrée selection and a spectacular dessert all for a reasonable price.
