A Waterside Wedding Celebration 5:00-9:00 PM
On a pleasant summer afternoon your guests will approach the
driveway of the lovely and unique tented reception area. The sound of the
music will waft over the lawn to enhance the aura and atmosphere of the afternoon
and evening. The wedding reception will begin outside the tented area, weather
permitting with appetizer tables and a full bar area.

- Uniformed in black and white attire, our experienced staff will begin
servicing the beverage and appetizer needs of each of your guests. A full
bar will be placed on the outside and inside. And when the guests arrive
the staff will serve & replenish a selection of appetizers on 2 curved decorated
tables.

- Grilled portabella on sautÈed polenta drizzled with Ale Sauce
- Summer gazpacho shooters
- Chesapeake Seafood and Appetizer Station
- Shucked Long Island oysters
- Poached jumbo shrimp

- Norwegian smoked salmon display with capers, onions, sour cream and rye
bread
All displayed with Remoulade and cocktail sauces, Tabasco,
horseradish and wonderful Eastern Shore decorations and displays.
- Tri-colored tortellini served warm with a light tomato Alfredo sauce
- Cheeses and Fruits
- Wheels of assorted cheeses, European and American, displayed with country
baskets, crocks, and platters served with sliced farmhouse breads, crackers
and flatbreads garnished with summer melons, pineapples, assorted grapes
and strawberries
- Pesto and Sundried Tomato Tortes
- Salad
- Wild Orchid Salad with sliced strawberries, toasted almonds and raspberry
vinaigrette at each place setting

Grilled marinated bacon wrapped petite filet mignon served with a dollop
of horseradish cream and fresh béarnaise sauce
- Grilled peppered fresh salmon marinated overnight in seasonings sliced
and served with fresh mango chutney
- Grilled Mediterranean vegetables served room temperature
- Chilled Eastern Shore hollowed tomatoes stuffed with basil pesto linguini
- Assorted farmhouse breads, silver dollar rolls and sliced French breads
on each table with olive oil
- Strawberry and Cream Romanoff Wedding Cake Chocolate Decadence Groom's
Cake

The music will continue to play and after the buffet the pace will pick up
to include dancing. The bartenders will continue to serve your guests, the
waiters will clear, bus and maintain the guests.
